Our Story

Born from a real problem

CoHelper was born from a real problem. Like many Hong Kong families, our founders struggled to manage daily household routines, communicate clearly with their domestic helper, and maintain accurate payroll records — all without a dedicated tool.

The result was confusion, missed payments, and unnecessary tension in what should be a harmonious household relationship. Spreadsheets broke down, WhatsApp messages got lost, and hand-written records proved unreliable.

We built CoHelper to change that. Launched in Hong Kong and designed for Hong Kong — our app bridges the communication gap between employers and helpers with technology that is intuitive, secure, and deeply respectful of everyone's time and privacy.

Today, CoHelper serves households across Hong Kong, providing a professional-grade platform that treats domestic helpers with the dignity and respect they deserve, while giving employers the clarity and control they need.
